Thanks for your question.Please kindly note that in order to fit high heels, we'll add an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains.If you'd like the dress shorter to better fit a flat heel, just remove the length you need on to your hollow to the floor and height measurements e.g. if you'd like to wear flat shoes with 2cm heels, just remove 3cm from your hollow to floor length and height measurements.And this dress is not very tight around the hips.Hope you enjoy shopping here.,
